Administrative Team Lead

The Administrative Team Lead will play a key role in coordinating and managing the administrative and operational delivery of tournaments and camps. This includes operating tournaments as directed for any of the England Men's Development teams, including match day organisation planning and execution.
- The role involves travel to home and away matches, training camps, and tournaments.
- The candidate will manage budgets and financial reconciliation of events, including purchase orders and financial planning.
- The successful candidate will develop relationships with other departments for the smooth running of tournaments and camps, and chair operational planning meetings.
- The Administrative Team Lead will maintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop EngineeringUK's positive professional profile.
- The role requires compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are maintained.
- The candidate will complete a DBS check as part of EngineeringUK's commitment to a safe environment for everyone in football.
- The role requires a flexible approach to working hours.
- The successful candidate will have experience of day to day budget management.
- The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- The role requires ability to travel regularly (UK/Overseas).
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
