Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Director of Community Wellbeing at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). This position offers a unique opportunity to lead initiatives that promote health and wellbeing across the City, working closely with partner organisations and community groups to drive positive change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that address health inequalities, providing leadership and advocacy to ensure that the needs of the community are met. They will also collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver programmes that support the overall mission of We Manage Jobs (WMJobs).

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to reduce health inequalities across the City, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas of need and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to programme teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the work of We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) and attract funding from diverse sources.
