Client Relationship Director

We are searching for an experienced Client Relationship Director to manage client relationships and provide customized insurance solutions at Ardonagh Advisory in Stoke-on-Trent.
Role Overview:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and their carers.
- Evaluate client needs and develop personalized insurance plans.
- Conduct in-depth policy reviews and offer expert advice.
- Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of the insurance industry.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
