Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client relationship strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage client expectations, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
