We are looking for a skilled Tournament Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative and operational delivery of tournaments and camps.

  • You will operate tournaments as directed for any of the England Men's Development teams, including match day organisation planning and execution.
  • You will travel to home and away matches, training camps, and tournaments.
  • You will manage budgets and financial reconciliation of events, including purchase orders and financial planning.
  • You will develop relationships with other departments for the smooth running of tournaments and camps, and chair operational planning meetings.
  • You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop EngineeringUK's positive professional profile.
  • You will comply with company policies and procedures to ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are maintained.
  • You will complete a DBS check as part of EngineeringUK's commitment to a safe environment for everyone in football.
  • You will have a flexible approach to working hours.
  • You will have experience of day to day budget management.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You will be able to travel regularly (UK/Overseas).
