Key Responsibilities:

  2. Design and deliver targeted support programs for students with SEMH needs, focusing on academic and social growth.">
  3. Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour plans, prioritising student-centred approaches.">
  4. Monitor student progress, reporting on well-being and providing regular updates to parents and colleagues.">
  5. Establish and maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and safety.">
  6. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.">
