Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of special needs education, with a reputation for quality and positive outcomes. As Lead Therapist and Clinical Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating the line management of our onsite clinical team and holding the therapy caseload.

This rewarding position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with our site team and contribute to staff training and consultation. You will also be responsible for supporting young students' needs in line with their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and identifying any emerging needs. With a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or as a Practitioner Psychologist, you will have the skills and knowledge to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
