About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians and therapists, providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. You will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as clear and concise report writing skills.

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need. Your experience of multi-professional work and ability to make decisions will be essential in this role.

Location: Benton School, Longbenton, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Contract: Permanent, 46.6 weeks

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
