About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Training Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our clinical staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored educational programs to meet the needs of our healthcare teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with clinical managers and other stakeholders to promote continuous professional development and improve patient outcomes.
  • Assess staff training needs and evaluate the impact of educational programs on clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric care, with experience in delivering delegated skills such as Peg care, bowel care, ventilation, and tracheostomy care. A passion for complex care in the community and a commitment to lifelong learning are essential for success in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £43,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
