We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering person-centred care to our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of older people.
As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the delivery of clinical and medical care to our residents, leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and respect.
We offer a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&Cs apply), and a range of benefits including employers' pension contribution, uniform provision, and DBS check costs.
About you:
- You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
- You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will work closely with internal and external professionals to deliver exceptional care.
