Role Overview:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading a clinical team at Outcomes First Group's Benton School in Newcastle Upon Tyne. With a strong background in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC, you will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Clinical Locality Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as providing supervision and supporting a therapy team. You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, making decisions, managing your workload, and supervising others.

As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will work within the overall framework of service policies and procedures to support the integration of the Clinical Team provision into the day-to-day running of the school, offering assessments, advice, and consultation, and direct interventions. Your role will be to support young students' needs in line with their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), identifying any further emerging needs.
