About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Therapist with Plena Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality mobile speech pathology services to adults living in residential aged care facilities and the local community.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in speech pathology with an active membership of Speech Pathology Australia. You will be required to travel, so having a driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, reviewed yearly, and a genuine work-life balance where flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your calendar of appointments to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Assessing and diagnosing clients' swallowing and communication difficulties.
  • Providing telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention.
  • Advocating for support for clients with communication difficulties.
  • Working closely with organisational staff, support coordinators, and colleagues to ensure optimum care needs are met.
