Job Title: Youth Development Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our vibrant secondary school community as a Youth Development Coordinator. This is a full-time position based in Newcastle, with a competitive salary of £28,750 per annum.

This role involves working closely with students aged 11-16, inspiring, guiding, and supporting their personal, social, and emotional development. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Organising engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
  2. Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.
  3. Building strong relationships with young people through excellent interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess the appropriate qualifications and training to excel in this role. Competitive pay and statutory holiday pay are offered, along with free child protection and prevent duty training for all registered candidates.

About the Role

This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities to make it permanent in the future. You will work collaboratively with the school team to provide exceptional support to students.
