We Care Bespoke Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Outreach Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting public health programmes and services within the community.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience working as a Support Worker or similar role, with a strong understanding of Safeguarding procedures and practices. A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outreach activities to promote public health programmes and services, engaging with community members, stakeholders, and partner organisations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partner organisations to facilitate effective service delivery.
  3. Supervise outreach team members and coordinate their activities to ensure seamless service provision.
  4. Manage administrative tasks related to outreach projects, including data collection and reporting.
  5. Utilise social media platforms to engage with the community and disseminate information about public health programmes and services.
  6. Educate individuals on health-related topics and resources available, promoting healthy lifestyles and well-being.
  7. Organise and participate in fundraising events to support outreach initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of We Care Bespoke Ltd.
