We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Year to join our team at St Paul's Academy - TES. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on the lives of our students.

About the Role

The Deputy Head of Year will play a key part in leading our pastoral and inclusion work, ensuring that high standards are met in terms of academic progress and student engagement. You will be responsible for delivering our vision, values, and strategies through actions by all staff in school, and driving standards of academic progress, behaviour, and character.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pastoral and inclusion work, working closely with the Principal and Senior Team to ensure that our vision, values, and strategies are delivered effectively.
  • Drive standards of academic progress, behaviour, and character, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote student welfare and safety.
