Product Manager Role

Deputy is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead our UK product efforts. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of our product, customers, and the commercial landscape in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product, customers, and the UK market, identifying key opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business KPIs and drive growth in the UK market.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales calls, customer visits, and product demos, translating our capabilities into customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, synthesis, and prioritization to inform product development.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the UK team to identify areas for product enhancement.
  • Influence and manage an actionable product roadmap, writing product initiative briefs and tracking performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial product management in software or web technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills for internal groups and training sessions.
  • Ability to navigate a flat yet matrixed global structure effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on metrics.
  • Strong empathy with customers and ability to maintain regular office hours.
