The Role

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will act as a technical resource to help qualify and close new business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the pre-sales process while advocating for our post-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical consultancy within both pre and post sales channels
  • Provide pre-sales engineering support to account teams and lead solution discovery discussions with clients and partners
  • Design and deliver custom product demonstrations that focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers
  • Develop custom Deputy solutions based on clients' business priorities and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure customer feedback is channeled appropriately
  • Work closely with Sales and CS functions to build and refine scalable business processes
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen technical mind
  • Experience selling software solutions into complex environments
  • Proficiency in writing scripts in at least one programming language
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Partner Engineering or Solutions Consulting
  • Workforce Management experience is a significant advantage
