Job Title: Facilities and Site Manager

The purpose of the Facilities and Site Manager role is to oversee the management and maintenance of client properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company procedures. This includes monitoring budgetary costs and customer service standards, as well as developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships with site teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee third-party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with agreed contracts.
  • Monitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.
  • Ensure the fabric of the building is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with management contracts and agreed budgets.
  • Proactively manage risk and deal with insurance issues on site.
  • Compile and maintain all required management information/records, including asset registers, emergency plans, and management reports.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High degree of knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
