Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Site Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our client properties, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and meet the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client properties, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to ensure that all procurement needs are carried out in line with Company policy.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including health and safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and third-party service providers to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and Company policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • High degree of knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and Company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, and operations, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable.
