Job Title: Facilities Site Manager

The Facilities Site Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of client properties, adhering to health and safety, environmental, and company procedures. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and attending client meetings as necessary.
  • Service Agreement Management: Prepare, control, and monitor service agreements in accordance with client budgetary agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor key performance indicators and take remedial action to ensure required standards are maintained and improved.
  • Site Management: Manage major work programs on site, acting as the liaison point for all parties involved.
  • Reporting: Produce management reports in accordance with business needs.
  • Procurement: Liaise with the procurement department to ensure compilation of external contracts and procurement needs are carried out in line with company policy.
  • Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE): Ensure site compliance with QHSE procedures, including health and safety compliance, asset management, and emergency planning.
  • People Management: Manage site teams, including engineer holiday approval, sickness reporting, and parental leave approval.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee third-party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with agreed contracts.
Person Specification/Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Formal relevant C&G or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience within a client environment, including line management responsibility for company personnel and contractors.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; IT literacy, and industry-specific IT applications; analytical skills, and ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
Accountabilities:
  • Reporting: Reporting to Contract Manager.
  • Client Relationships: Accountable day-to-day to relevant client contacts.
  • Site Compliance: Responsibility to ensure site compliance with QHSE procedures.
  • People Management: Line management responsibility for site teams and subcontractors.
