Customer Success Advocate

At DiverseJobsMatter, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Advocate to join our team. This exciting role will play a key part in supporting our customers' success with our printing products.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Global Service & Solutions (GSS) contractual team to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing proactive solutions to help them succeed.
We're offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
