Customer Success Advocate

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our SME clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success or client relationship management, preferably with SME clients. They will be able to ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and retention rates.
In this role, you will:
- Establish strong relationships with SME clients through proactive engagement and strategic relationship management.
- Develop and execute customized plans to ensure clients achieve their goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention rates.
The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 per year, considering the company's budget and the local cost of living.
Skillset:
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
