Customer Success Advocate

At Orama Solutions, we are seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join our team. This exciting role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our Enterprise Browser solution.
About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in support roles, working directly with enterprise customers. They should possess strong troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a startup environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our Enterprise Browser solution.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve critical customer issues.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of network and security devices, such as Okta, Zscaler, and Siem.
- Design and implement effective solutions to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in support roles, working directly with enterprise customers.
- 5+ years of proven experience in troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of working in a startup environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile atmosphere.
- In-depth knowledge of network and security devices, such as Okta, Zscaler, and Siem.
