We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in driving customer retention and growth.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Talent Smart Limited as a key member of our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute personalized customer success plans
  • Actively engage with customers through regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and address potential churn risks through proactive issue resolution and value-added conversations
  • Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools

We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
