We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in driving customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans
- Actively engage with customers through regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and address potential churn risks through proactive issue resolution and value-added conversations
- Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
We Offer
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
