About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Seequent. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and retention of our products.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they are able to get the most out of our software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and work to improve outcomes and perceptions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with complex technology customers, with a strong understanding of geotechnical solutions.
