Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join our Cloud Applications Consulting team at Oracle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading our customer success staff in delivering exceptional services to our clients across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer success teams to achieve business plans and targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with NetSuite product sales organization to align on customer needs and deliverables.
- Manage project portfolios and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project management.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
