Job Description
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inclusion Centre Manager to join our team at King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Inclusion Centre, supporting pupils in need of additional assistance, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective pupil support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of pupil development.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Inclusion Centre and its operations
- Develop and implement strategies to support pupils in need of additional assistance
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective pupil support
- Maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- ">
- A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to pupil development and well-being
Benefits and Salary
">We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
