Inclusion Specialist

Flourish Education is working with a small Primary School in Kings Norton, seeking an experienced Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join their team.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to support the school's commitment to inclusive education by delivering tailored behavioural interventions for children across the primary age range.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working in a Primary School
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A proven track record of working with children with challenging behaviour
- Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents
This long-term, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Behaviour Intervention Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering tailored behaviour interventions
- Supporting class teachers in managing challenging behaviour
- Communicating with parents and carers regarding behaviour strategies and student progress
- Assisting in covering classes when class teachers are unavailable
