Job Title: Inclusive Classroom Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Teacher to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

The responsibilities of the role include:
  • Developing and delivering bespoke teaching strategies
  • Providing individualised support to students with SEMH needs
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive educational plans

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Estimated Annual Salary: £40,000 - £55,000.
