We are currently supporting a Primary and SEND school in Birmingham, seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support, such as those with ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, or anxiety and/or depression.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using CPOMs to report incidents
  • Supporting students with complex needs
  • Working with students on an EHCP
  • Monitoring and recording student progress and behavior
  • Managing challenging behaviors

A competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this role. If you have experience in a school setting or with SEND and SEMH students, please apply.
