We are seeking an Educational Inclusion Consultant to join our Reception and KS1 Cognition and Learning Resource Base at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our team, you will have a proven track record of working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and a strong understanding of child development and learning theories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver bespoke training programs for teachers and support staff on strategies for supporting students with SEND.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with SEND.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop inclusive teaching practices and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to SEND.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with students with SEND.
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
