This role involves business development, face-to-face visits with clients and stakeholders, recruiting candidates, and interviewing. As an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Education Recruitment, you will have strong business development skills, a proven sales track record, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of £45,000 per annum, with a highly attractive bonus scheme available. Flexible shift patterns and reduced working hours can be arranged to suit your work/lifestyle balance. Onsite free parking is also provided.
