We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with challenging behaviour and support pupils with SEND in small groups and 1:1.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with resilience and confidence in challenging situations. You will also be responsible for supporting pupils with behavioural issues and additional learning needs.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Level 3 qualification in Education or Special Inclusive Education, as well as experience working with challenging behaviour and SEND. We offer competitive rates of pay, 24/7 support from experienced education consultants, and exposure and networking opportunities with associated schools.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
