We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a small cohort of children who display challenging behaviour and require additional support.

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies to support these children, ensuring they receive the best possible education. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualised support to children with SEND, including those with ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and other conditions.
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans.
