SEN Teaching Assistant Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant Specialist with a leading educational institution. The successful candidate will provide support to students with SEN, helping them to reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting students with SEN in group and one-on-one settings.
- Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and teaching staff.
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and support student progress.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.).
- A strong understanding of SEN and its associated challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is £83.00 per annum, which is competitive with industry standards.
