**Inclusive Education Support Worker** needed in Erdington, Birmingham to support children with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with various special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and physical disabilities.
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and provide individualised interventions.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and assist with behavioural management.
  • Foster independence and encourage students to participate in activities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with SEN.
  • A compassionate approach to working with children and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and understanding of student needs.
  • An enhanced DBS check is required.
Salary and Benefits
