Primary Education Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced Primary Education Support Worker to join our team in North Birmingham. This role will involve working with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education to children in a Reception Class.
About the Role:- This is a 4.5 days per week position starting January 2025 - July 2025
- The ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification and experience working with children who have additional needs
- A competitive salary of £18,500 - £20,000 per year, depending on experience
- 100 joining bonus after 10 days of work
- Holiday pay and guidance through your assignments
- Safeguarding training and support from our team
- A 250 recommend a friend scheme once someone you recommended has worked 20 days
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education to children in a Reception Class
- To provide academic support to children with phonics difficulties
- To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
