">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to SEN pupils, fostering an inclusive learning environment in our primary school.
">Responsibilities
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- SUPPORTING STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL
- FOSTERING AN INCLUSIVE AND WELCOMING LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
- WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH TEACHERS AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE SHARED GOALS
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION IN SUPPORT WORK OR A RELEVANT FIELD
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- A PASSION FOR MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON STUDENTS' LIVES
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the school.
