Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Educator to join our team in Warwickshire. As an Inclusion Educator, you will design and deliver engaging lessons for pupils with diverse needs in non-school settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create effective lesson plans that cater to individual needs.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group lessons in non-school settings.
  • Support students with SEN/SEMH challenges in 1:1 or small group settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective lesson plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) qualification.
  • Proven teaching and learning experience, preferably in SEN/SEMH settings.
  • Strong organisational and initiative skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Detailed knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
