Job Description

Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner Assistant to join its patient care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in skin and pressure area care to prevent complications and ensure patient comfort
  2. Work collaboratively with the theatre team to implement safe practices and maintain a clean and organised environment
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes

Requirements
