Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the North of England, Scotland, and North Wales.
Role Purpose:
This role is tailored for an ambitious sales professional with the potential and aspiration to move into a leadership position, focusing on driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and gaining the experience necessary for leadership.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable sales expertise and track record of success from a senior B2B role.
- Ability to provide a consultative sales approach by identifying need and partnering with a wide range of services.
- Ideal experience working with Estates, Facilities, and Capital teams of large property portfolios (Healthcare, Education, Retail, Hotel, Housing, etc).
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Skilled in identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and building strong customer relationships.
- Experience in driving revenue growth and scaling sales operations.
About Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 plus commission, holiday increases on length of service, company car, pension, private healthcare, career progression, and a cycle to work scheme.
