Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of ITIL practices, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with customer contracts and meet high standards of quality.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, service transition methodologies, and contact center environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
