As a Global Customer Experience Manager at AspenTech, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's success by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and senior management within assigned accounts.

  • Owning the customer experience, journey, and renewal results for your assigned accounts;
  • Focusing on customer intimacy;
  • Demonstrating expertise in leveraging AspenTech's solutions to drive business impact and innovation within customers' organizations;
  • Buidling and nurturing key relationships with decision makers, influencers, and senior management across top accounts;
  • Ensuring AspenTech's solutions are understood, resulting in increased customer adoption and satisfaction.


You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including implementation consultants, sales account managers, and renewal representatives, to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers through various channels, such as Executive Business Reviews, user group meetings, and Road Maps, to deepen relationships and identify strategic partnership opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals or business objectives, and experience working in the process industries, preferably in Upstream or Refining. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of AspenTech's Engineering or Manufacturing solutions or similar software suites used in the process industries.
