About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our product range, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Process transactions, handle customer queries, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, upholding our company values and B Corp principles

Requirements
  • Previous retail or customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction
