Account Development Manager

A 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity for a results-driven professional to thrive in the FMCG industry.
We are seeking an ambitious and driven National Account Executive to join The Advocate Group, a leading recruitment agency, as they continue to grow and expand their operations in the UK market.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the FMCG industry and a proven track record of success in account management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term business plans and strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and develop key relationships with stakeholders across designated accounts
- Conduct sales and financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance performance
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a brand advocate and promote the business at various events, including wine tastings and roadshows
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to ensure effective communication of promotional initiatives to clients
Requirements:
- FMC experience – regional level considered
- Engaging individual with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly numerate with expertise in Excel and data analysis
- Strong influential and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate resilience and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
