Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to join our expanding team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. This is a 12-month contract role, based in our Banbury Head Office and our state-of-the-art Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leading brands in Health, Beauty, and Household products, partnering with industry giants like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities.
  • Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) with suppliers to exceed sales targets.
  • Build comprehensive account models to track ROI on customer investments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse EPOS data, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver account initiatives and category growth.
Requirements:
  • A strong commercial background with experience in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving targets.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
