About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Account Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team.

This role will focus on building strong relationships with Buyers to drive customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a B2B Customer Success/ Service Delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage budgets for Buyer accounts
  • Deliver performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are met
  • Facilitate training to ensure Buyers have excellent knowledge of systems and processes

Travel to clients is required 1-2 times per month, so a driving license is essential. Experience in managing information within a service environment and customer relationship management skills are also crucial.
