Job Advert

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the office environment and phone lines, as well as developing digital ways of working.

This is a varied administrative role that will involve coordinating and reporting on information and data to support our Service Managers and Area Operations Managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring business processes, liaising with our HR, Payroll, Training, IT and Resourcing teams, and delivering a high-quality level of customer service. They will also be responsible for coordinating and reporting on information and data to provide support to the Service Managers and Area Operations Managers.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, self-motivated, and has a passion for developing digital ways of working. The ideal candidate will have experience of drafting letters and reports, as well as experience of telephone communication and note-taking.
