About the role
This is a key role, needed to support a growing workload for the Directors and key clients who also require confidential, executive level administrative support, which Lanarca is commissioned to provide.
The Senior Administrator for Lanarca will play a key role in our small team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the postholder will work closely across a range of commissioned projects and provide central support for the team, working closely with the Managing Director and supporting the day‐to‐day running and administration of a very busy office with a diverse workload.
A key aspect of the role includes taking responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks, planning agendas, taking minutes, maintaining risk logs and action trackers, diary management, and logistics planning including travel bookings.
The post holder will have responsibility for maintaining and developing electronic filing systems on behalf of the team, organising office supplies, supporting event planning and event delivery, supporting social media across our operations, leading on projects from time to time and general administrative support to enable the smooth running of the key individuals for all day‐to‐day activities.
Joining a small but busy team, this role provides variety, autonomy and will be fast paced, challenging and rewarding.
About the location
Lanarca has a fully equipped office base in Winthorpe, on the outskirts of Newark and within 20‐30 mins drive time to Lincoln and Grantham. Our office is also the base for the charity established by our Managing Director and has dedicated space for charity activities as well as the functioning of our office work. We act as a ‘base’ for clients from time to time also, receiving client incoming mail and providing office services from our base. This post will be a hybrid role with some time required at the office, to support the smooth running of operations, but there will be significant flexibility for the successful postholder for a high proportion of home‐based working, if that is desired.
About you
