**Position Overview**: As a Junior Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations within the office and supporting the wider senior management team and factory. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to learn and grow within a growing manufacturing business.

**Role Summary**:

- **Face of the business**:Reception duties, meeting, greeting and hosting of visitors.
- **Office Support**: Assist in general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office and building supplies.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars for team members.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the senior management team and Directors.

**Required Skills**:

- Good level of Microsoft packages and an understanding of Sage
- Knowledge of logistic
- Strong attention to detail.
- High standard of written communication
- Good communication skills at all levels

**Qualities**:

- Calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines.
- Flexible in approach to workload
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident
- Able to multi-task
- Organised and pro active

Training to Level 2 in Administration would be desirable but not essential, full training in the role will be provided.

**Package**:

- Rate of pay will be £11.55 per hour. Paid monthly on the last working day of each month.
- You will be contracted to work Monday to Thursday 10am - 5pm, Friday 10am - 3pm. There will be some flexibility required to provide cover. This will be mutually agreed in advance.
- 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays. This increases by 1 day after 2 full years completed service, then another day after 4 years and another day after 6 years service - up to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays. Days are deducted annually from leave for a full business closure at Christmas.
- Pension contribution is 4% employee and 3% employer.
